Bhubaneswar: ‘Daredevil Democrat’, a book on the life and times of former Odisha Chief Minister and legendary leader Biju Patnaik will be released on Friday.
Published by The Creative Warehouse in New Delhi, the book written in English and prepared by Kalinga Foundation Trust will be released at a function in a hotel in Bhubaneswar.
While Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will be the chief guest, some senior leaders of the Congress and BJP will also attend the function, sources said.
A pictorial biography of the legendary statesman ‘The Tall Man Biju Patnaik’ was released here on January 27, 2018, in the presence of former President Pranab Mukharjee, former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda, former Deputy Prime Minister LK Advani, CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury and eminent journalist Prabhu Chawla at a function, which was presided over by the Chief Minister.
