Another Corona Positive In Cuttack, Odisha’s Tally 394

Bhubaneswar: Three more persons tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday, taking the affected tally to 394.

The new cases have been detected in Jajpur, Mayurbhanj and Cuttack. The total corona cases in these districts are now 61, nine and three respectively.

Cuttack reported its first corona case on April 3. Almost after a gap of one month, another person tested positive for the virus on May 5. He was a Surat returnee and a native of Tigiria.

Earlier in the day, 13 Surat returnees (12-Ganjam and one-Kendrapada) and a contact of previous case in Rourkela were found to have contracted the virus.

With three deaths and 85 recoveries, Odisha now has 306 active cases.
