Bhubaneswar: A resident of an apartment complex in Bhubaneswar was caught for allegedly stealing bikes and selling them.
Locals at Sundarpada caught the accused stealing a bike from the parking space of Hi-tech Plaza, where he lives, and handed him over to police.
Police said they have seized 10 stolen bikes from the accused and launched an investigation.
