Bhubaneswar: Four doctors and a hospital staffer are among the six persons, who have tested positive for COVID-19 in the Odisha capital in the last 24 hours.
With this, the affected tally in the city rose to 99 on Wednesday.
Four doctors of AIIMS-Bhubaneswar and an employee of Apollo Hospitals have been infected, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) tweeted.
A junior doctor of AIIMS had earlier tested positive for the virus.

The sixth patient is a 35-year-old man from Pokhariput (near DAV Public School) with recent travel history to Kandhamal.

The BMC further informed about a 46-year-old man of Jaydev Vihar recovering from the infection.
With three deaths and 54 recoveries, Bhubaneswar now has 42 active cases.
So far, 14 doctors in Odisha have contracted the infection. Besides these five, four from MKCG Medical Colege and Hospital in Berhampur, two from Rourkela Government Hospital and one each from City Hospital in Cuttack, Talcher COVID Hospital and Nayagarh district headquarters hospital have been infected.
