Mumbai: Bollywood actress Ananya Panday, summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Thursday in connection with the Mumbai rave party cruise drugs case, was grilled for nearly two hours by officials of the agency.
According to a CNN News18 report, the daughter of veteran actor Chunky Pandey has been summoned again, on Friday morning as officials were not satisfied with some of her answers.
Ananya was called for interrogation in the drugs case – in which Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is one of those arrested – as the agency claimed her name cropped up in Aryan’s WhatsApp chats.
Ananya, who reached the NCB office with his father around 4 pm, was reportedly asked about her acquaintance with Aryan, whether she knew about the latter’s drug consumption, if she also consumes drugs and knows about suppliers.
