Attn Senior Citizens & Over-45s With Comorbidities: Here’s How To Use Co-WIN App

New Delhi: Come March 1, it will be the turn of senior citizens and those above 45 with comorbidities to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Centre has announced that 10,000 government centres and over 20,000 private sites will be set up to vaccinate around 26 crore people in this phase of the world’s biggest inoculation drive.

So how do people who are eligible for vaccination in this phase go about it? For starters, they can register on Co-WIN app from March 1.

The digital platform will transition from Co-WIN 1.0 to Co-WIN 2.0 on February 27 and February 28, which is why no COVID-19 vaccination session will be scheduled during these two days.
