Khurda: A baby boy, born only 35 days ago, drowned in rainwater, which had inundated a house at Suryanagar in Odisha’s Khurda district, on Sunday night.
The baby was sleeping on a bed next to his mother. Late Sunday night, rainwater entered the house and flooded the rooms. According to media reports, the baby accidentally fell off the bed and drowned. His mother was asleep when the incident took place.
