BBSR-A, Cuttack-A Win As Rain-Hit Kalahandi Cup Resumes

Bhubaneswar: The rain-hit Kalahandi Cup resumed on Monday with rescheduled Super League fixtures.

BBSR-A rode Debasish Samantray’s unbeaten 76 off 45 balls to a 76-run victory over Odisha Blue. After posting 157/2 in 20 overs, BBSR-A skittled out Odisha Blue for 81 in 12.4 overs.

In other matches, Cuttack-A thrashed Odisha Green by 9 wickets, Bhadrak outplayed Odisha Pink by 101 runs, Odisha Orange overcame Balasore by 6 wickets, ECORSA got the better of Odisha Yellow by 6 wickets and Odisha Red downed Jharsuguda by 29 runs.

ECORSA’s Sameer Mohanty stood out with a 44-ball 74, while Satyakam Bharadwaj produced an all-round performance (3/11 and 33 off 16 balls) for Bhadrak.
