Italian motorcycle maker Benelli on Saturday launched the Leoncino 250 in India with a price tag of Rs 2.5 lakh. This is the cheapest Benelli in the country.
The Leoncino 250 features a 249cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor that produces 25.8hp and 21Nm of torque, Dual-channel ABS, 110/70-R17 front tyre and a 150/60-R17 rear tyre.
The Leoncino 250 will go head to head with the KTM 390 Duke (Rs 2.48 lakh) and the Royal Enfield Interceptor (starts at Rs 2.55 lakh).
Bookings are open now. Deliveries are expected to begin in November.
