Howrah: Following the complete lockdown in West Bengal, Howrah-Mumbai CSMT special will short originate from Rourkela at 2:11 am on July 30, the South Eastern Railway informed.
It was earlier rescheduled to leave Howrah on July 29. “The service of the train from Howrah to Rourkela will remain cancelled,” a press release said.
