Bhubaneswar: City-based SAI International School has once again been adjudged the third-best school in India in the ‘co-ed day-cum-boarding school’ category by EducationWorld India for 2019.
SAI International Education Group-run SAI International Residential School (SIRS) in Cuttack has also been adjudged the best ‘co-ed boarding school’ in Odisha. The school was established last year.
SAI International Education Group founder Bijaya Kumar Sahoo, who was felicitated on Sunday for the achievement, congratulated the students, parents, teachers and staff for the recognition. “The awards give us the encouragement to work more, discover and invent new learning pedagogies for shaping our students as global leaders,” he said.
A statement issued by the group said the result was the outcome of a comprehensive survey carried out this year. The survey was undertaken by 122 field personnel from Delhi-based C-fore group. More than 4,300 interviews of educationists, principals, teachers and 7597 parents were conducted during the exercise. Besides, students from Class I to XII in 28 major cities and education hubs were interviewed.
