Bhubaneswar: The Odisha capital woke up to a breezy morning shivering as the mercury plummeted across the state on Thursday. The temperature dipped to 14.8 degree C in Bhubaneswar while the neighbouring Cuttack recorded 12.4 degree C this morning.
Daringbadi was the coldest at 9.5 degree C followed by Keonjhar (10 degree C), Balasore and Jharsuguda (10.3 degree C), Angul (10.6 degree C), Phulbani (11 degree C) and Baripada, Sambalpur and Sundargarh at 11.5 degree C.
Similarly, Chandbali recorded the minimum temperature 12.9 degree C, Paradip 15.8 degree C, Puri 14.8 degree C, Hirakud 14.6 degree C, Talcher 14.7 degree C, Koraput 12.8 degree C and Titilagarh 12.6 degree C.
