Bhubaneswar Students Create World Record For Brushing Teeth Together
Bhubaneswar: The students of Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) here created a Guinness World Record for “most people brushing teeth simultaneously’”on Thursday.
As many as 26,382 students of KISS brushed their teeth at the same time to create the record during an awareness programme on oral health to observe ‘Brush Day’.
The programme was held in collaboration with Indian Association of Public Health Dentistry-IAPHD and Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited.
The earlier record for “most people brushing teeth simultaneously” was set by 16,414 students of Delhi Public School (DPS) in New Delhi.
This is the third time KISS has won a Guinness World Record. The earlier records were for forming the “largest human sentence” and the “most simultaneous high-fives”.
