Bhubaneswar: SAI International School is now an authorised IB (International Baccalaureate) World School for the CP (Career Programme).

The International Baccalaureate® (IB) & Career-related Programme (CP) is designed for students aged between 16 and 19, and offers a unique framework for secondary education that combines academic coursework with career-related studies.

It will function parallelly with the Cambridge Assessment International Education (Early Years to A & AS Levels), and CBSE curriculum, offered at SAI International School.

This partnership will provide SAI International students a meaningful and empowering international learning experience that will prepare them for success in top and IVY league colleges abroad and in India.

IBCP offers students personalised, interdisciplinary approach towards learning. The course factors in students’ interests and strengths, encouraging self-confidence and fostering enjoyment in learning.

CP’s unique andragogical teaching approach is especially designed for students who are interested in pursuing career-related education in the final two (XI & XII) years of high school. The programme helps prepare students to launch directly into a career or excel in further study.

Career-related study further supports the programme’s academic strength providing practical, real-world approaches towards learning.

The IB core encompasses attributes like personal and professional skills, service learning, language development and the reflective project approach.

Career Related Studies (CRS) is designed to prepare students for higher education. A few of the unique courses offered at the CP curriculum of SAI International School are Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Administration and Sports Management.

“Our school is committed to providing educational opportunities that are relevant, meaningful, and innovative in terms of new-age job scenarios. Our partnership with the IBCP programme aligns with this mission and will provide our students with a distinctive educational experience that prepares them for success in today’s global economy. We look forward to the partnership with IBCP and the opportunities it will create for our students,” said Dr Silpi Sahoo, Chairperson, SAI International Education Group.
