Mumbai: After a captivating week full of drama and fights, contestants in the ‘Bigg Boss’ house are set to face host Salman Khan on the Weekend Ka Vaar episode.
In the promo of the upcoming episode, released by JioHotstar, Salman is seen lashing out at standup comedian Pranit More for cracking jokes on him during his gigs.
Confronting Pranit, Salman says, “Pranit, stand-up comedian? Mujhe pata hai ki aapne mujhpe kya kya bola hai joki sahi nahi hai. Jokes jo aapne maare hain, mere upar agar aap meri jagah hote aur main andar aapki jagah hota, toh aap kaisa react karte? (Pranit, stand-up comedian? I know all that you have said about me, which was not right. The jokes you cracked at my expense—if you had been in my place and I was in your place, how would you react?)”
“Uss waqt aapko logon ko hasana tha, mera naam use karke, aapne voh kiya. I just don’t think you should go beneath the belt (At that time, you wanted to make people laugh, and you used my name to do it. You did your job. I just don’t think you should go below the belt),” he adds.
Pranit looks visibly embarrassed and covers his face with his hands.
Sharing the video, JioHotstar wrote, “Weekend Ka Vaar pe hoga dhamaaka, jab Salman karenge Pranit ke jokes ka hisaab-kitaab! Just after Pranit entered the ‘Bigg Boss’ house, videos of his standup gigs, in which he cracked jokes on Salman, went viral on social media platforms.
In one of the viral videos, when Pranit teases a lady in the audience for wearing a large ring which apparently resembled Salman’s iconic bracelet, she replies, “Haan, uska hi aadha leke aayi hoon (Yes, it’s a part of his bracelet).
Pranit responds, “Farmhouse par gayi thi kya (Did you go to his farmhouse)?”
In another clip shared by Telly Chakkar, Pranit is seen joking, “Salman paise nahi khata, logon ke career khata hai (Salman doesn’t take money, he ruins the careers of others).”
‘Bigg Boss 19’ features 16 contestants, including actors Gaurav Khanna, Ashnoor Kaur and Kunickaa Sadanand, as well as influencers like Mridul Tiwari, Tanya Mittal, and Awe Darbar, among others.
Gaurav, Neelam Giri, Tanya Mittal, Abhishek Bajaj, Pranit More, Zeeshan Qadri, and Natalya have been nominated for eviction this week.
