Bhubaneswar: Birla Global University (BGU) has been ranked 71st in ‘The New Age Private University-Overall’ category
in the International Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF) India Rankings 2026.
BGU is No. 3 in Odisha and No. 9 in the zone as per IIRF India rankings, which measure institutes on various parameters and provide rankings in different categories like universities, engineering, law and management colleges.
As for BGU’s constituent institutions, the Birla School of Law (BSoL) has been ranked 49th in the category of Law (Private). In the state, BSoL is No. 2.
The Birla School of Management (BSoM) is No. 81 within Private B-Schools. Within Odisha, BSoM ranks No. 6.
The Birla School of Engineering & Technology (BSoET) has ranked 53rd among Best Engineering Colleges within Private Universities, and has received a zonal rank of 10 and state rank 4.
