Bhubaneswar: All the nominee of the ruling Biju Janta Dal (BJD) has been elected to the president posts of different cooperative societies in Odisha.
According to a press release of the BJD, the party had nominated its candidates in the election to the president posts of all 15 apex cooperative societies. In the election, all its nominees have been declared election.
While Kishore Chandra Pradhani has been elected as president of Odisha State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation Ltd (OMFED), Bholeswar Swain is the new head of the Odisha State Poultry Products Cooperative Marketing Federation. Ltd (OPPOLFED).
Similarly, T Prasad Rao Dora is the new president of Odisha State Cooperative Bank Ltd (OSCB), Ashish Kumar Mohanty of Odisha SC and ST Development Finance Cooperative Corporation and Bhagirathi Nanda of Odisha Cooperative Tassar and Silk Federation Ltd (SERIFED).
