BJD To Observe Biju Patnaik Death Anniversary Across Odisha With COVID Norms

Bhubaneswar: The BJD will observe the 24th death anniversary of legendary leader Biju Patnaik in all Assembly constituencies in Odisha on April 17 with adherence to all COVID-19 guidelines.

To commemorate the occasion, the ‘Odisha Mo Parivar’ will conduct Jeevan Bindu programme for blood donation in all constituencies and launch an awareness drive for mandatory use of masks and strict adherence to COVID-19 guidelines.
