Dhenkanal: Bodies of two unidentified youths were recovered from the Left Canal of Rengali Dam near Padmanabhpur village in Dhenkanal on Thursday.
According to sources, locals spotted broken parts of a motorcycle and two bodies floating in the canal and informed police and the fire service personnel.
On being informed, police reached the spot and fished out the bodies from the canal.
The identity and real cause of the death of the youths are yet to the ascertained.
However, it is being suspected that they met with an accident on the bridge and fell into the canal.
Further investigation is underway.
