Bhubaneswar: A married woman was found hanging from the ceiling of her in-law’s house at Ashutosh Nagar in Kesura area of Bhubaneswar on Tuesday.
Her identity is yet to be disclosed. The woman’s husband said she committed suicide over a family dispute but sources said that the woman’s family members have alleged she was being tortured for dowry and was killed by her in-laws.
The police have seized her body for postmortem and are investigating.
