For all secret admirers of Yami Gautam, there’s heartbreaking news.
The Bollywood beauty revealed through social media on Friday that she has got married.
And the groom happens to be Aditya Dhar, the man who directed her in the superhit ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’.
Yami shared a picture from their wedding ceremony in Instagram, with a quote from poet Rumi in the caption.
“In your light, I learn to love — Rumi.. With the blessings of our family, we have tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony today. Being very private people, we celebrated this joyous occasion with our immediate family. As we embark on the journey of love and friendship, we seek all your blessings and good wishes. Love, Yami and Aditya,” Yami wrote along with the picture.

Good wishes and blessing poured in from the couple’s friends and colleagues. Among them were actresses Sobhita Dhulipala, Vaani Kapoor and Dia Mirza.
Yami, who did modelling, acted in TV serials and south Indian films, made her Bollywood debut in 2012 in the hugely appreciated ‘Vicky Donor’ opposite Ayushmann Khurrana.
Among other films Yami has starred in are ‘Kaabil’, ‘Bala’ and ‘Ginny Weds Sunny’.
Aditya, on the other hand, made his directorial debut with the blockbuster ‘Uri’, which starred Vicky Kaushal in the lead role.
He is currently working on ‘The Immortal Ashwatthama’, also starring Vicky.
