On Saturday, NCB officials had conducted raids in four areas of Mumbai and seized marijuana and MD in commercial quantity. During these raids, four people were detained. They are currently being questioned at the NCB office in Mumbai, the report added.
In a related development, the brother of actor Arjun Rampal’s partner Gabriella, Agisilaos Demetriades, who was granted bail by a special court on Friday in a drugs case, was later taken into custody by the NCB in another drug-related case, News 18 reported.
Agisilaos, who is of South African nationality, was arrested by the NCB a couple of days ago in an ongoing drugs probe linked to actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.
NCB officials claimed Agisilaos was arrested after his name was associated with the drug peddlers arrested in the Sushant case.
