Bhadrak: The Bhadrak administration on Thursday allowed a partial relaxation in the non-containment areas.
In a tweet, district collector Gyana Ranjan Das said that the book shops will remain open from 6 am to 1 pm every day except in Basudevpur and Bhandaripokhari blocks, which have been declared as containment zones.
Apart from this, mobile recharge centres will remain open from 6 am to 1 pm and shops selling electric fans from 6 am to 6 pm. The owners of these shops have been asked to strictly adhere to the social distancing norms.
Das further said that the district administration has allowed the functioning of dhabas (food joints) on National Highway from Ranital to Akhuapada for takeaways only. The dhaba owners have been asked to provide toilet facilities, maintaining hygiene and social distancing.
