Bhubaneswar: Skill Development Minister Premananda Nayak on Friday said that the 8th-semester exam of Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) will be held in the first week of July.
“Candidates will appear for the exam in online mode in all districts of Odisha and outside. After educational institutes reopen, students can also take the test in offline mode,” he said.
The list of the centres in different districts and outside the state, where the exam will be conducted, will be notified soon, he added.
On June 7, the varsity authorities had announced to conduct the final semester theory examinations 2019-20 for all courses either in the last week of June or the first week of July in the offline mode.

The final semester examinations for the regular and ex-regular students will be held in 30 centres in the state, it had said.
The University, in a letter to the director/principal of the constituent and affiliated colleges, has said that the list of the district-wise examination centres and the schedule of the examinations will be notified soon.
