Bhubaneswar: Continuing its drive against narcotics smuggling, the State Excise Department seized brown sugar and arrested a woman in the connection here on Wednesday.
According to sources, the police conducted a raid in the Palasuni area here acting on a tip-off and seized 185 grams of brown sugar from a woman.
However, the identity of the arrested woman is yet to be revealed. An investigation into the matter is underway.
