Bhubaneswar: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha has extended the deadline for filling up forms for the Matric Examination for the year 2025.
A statement issued by the BSE said on Monday that the last date for filling up forms for the annual High School Certificate (HSC) Examination and Odisha State Open School Certificate (SOSC) is extended till November 25, 2024.
However, the BSE made it clear that no further extension will be allowed after the extended date.
According to the schedule released earlier by the BSE, the HSC examinations will start on February 21, 2025 (Friday) and conclude on March 6, 2025 (Thursday).
The duration of Matric examinations for all subjects except Mathematics will be two and a half hours. The examination will begin at 9 am and conclude at 11.30 am. For the Mathematics, the candidates will be given extra 15 minutes and the examination will conclude at 11.45 am.
