Bhubaneswar: The Kharavela Nagar Police have begun an investigation into the death of a builder who fell off the top floor of the Chandrama Apartment in the Odisha capital on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Piyush Mohan Mishra.
Preliminary investigation has revealed that the deceased was staying at his in-laws’ house in the apartment for the past few days.
