Bhubaneswar: A group of miscreants looted Rs 13 lakh from a businessman at Chandaka here on Tuesday.
The victim was on its way to deposit the money in a bank when five motorcycle-borne miscreants intercepted him, held him at gunpoint and snatched the bag containing the cash from him.

A complaint regarding the loot has been lodged with Chandaka police.
In a separate incident, the Quick Action Team (QAT) of Commissionerate Police seized 20 grams of brown sugar from Khandagiri in the city.
