Bhubaneswar: It’s December and like every year, car manufacturers are offering discounts. Here are the top offers:
Tata Nexon
Tata’s 5-star NCAP rated SUV is available for a total discount of Rs 50,000 that includes an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000.
Volkswagen Ameo
Volkswagen is giving a hefty Rs 1.27 lakh discount on the automatic DSG version of its sub-4-metre sedan. The discount comprises a Rs 72,000 cash discount, Rs 30,000 exchange bonus, Rs 15,000 corporate discount and Rs 10,000 loyalty bonus. The manual Ameo carries a Rs 75,000 discount as well.
Hyundai Xcent
Hyundai’s sub-4-meter budget sedan that goes head-to-head with Maruti’s Dzire and Honda Amaze is available for a discount of Rs 90,000 on both the petrol and diesel variants. On top of this, there is a Rs 10,000 discount from dealers as well.
Ford Ecosport
Ford’s popular compact SUV is facing the heat from the competition and is available for a total discount of Rs 60,000.
Jeep Compass
The extremely popular Jeep Compass is available for a discount of Rs 73,400 on the top-spec Limited (O) trim. The other variants have a Rs 50,000 exchange bonus.
Maruti S-Cross
There is a Rs 75,000 discount for potential buyers of Maruti’s S-Cross.
Mahindra Scorpio
The ‘Nothing Else Will Do’ SUV is available for a discount of Rs 75,000 that includes an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000.
Renault Captur
Renault’s other SUV is available for a massive Rs 2 lakh discount. Insurance is available for Rupee 1 with some trim levels.
Honda BR-V
The not so successful yet capable soft roader Honda BR-V is available for up to Rs 1 lakh discount. It goes head-to-head with the Hyundai Creta and the Renault Duster. The discount comprises free first-year insurance and Rs 50,000 exchange bonus along with Rs 16,000 worth of accessories.
Nissan Sunny
The extremely spacious ‘CAAAARR’ is available for a discount of up to Rs 1.12 lakh that includes first-year free insurance, Rs 30,000 cash discount, Rs 35,000 exchange bonus and Rs 12,000 corporate discount.
Skoda Rapid
Skoda is offering benefits of Rs 1 lakh in terms of its ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ scheme for some time now and this year, it’s no different. Currently, the manufacturer is offering Rs. 1 lakh benefits with an EMI holiday scheme. Customers who buy the vehicle now will have to pay their EMIs from 2020.
Volkswagen Vento
Volkswagen’s Honda City rival, Vento is available for a massive discount of Rs 1.65 lakh on the automatic DSG variant. The discount includes a cash discount of Rs 1 lakh, exchange bonus of Rs 40,000, Rs 15,000 corporate discount and Rs 10,000 loyalty bonus.
Toyota Yaris
Toyota’s not so successful mid-size sedan that has seven-airbags as standard is available for big Rs 1 lakh discount. The discount comprises Rs 42,000 worth accessories, Rs 30,000 exchange bonus and insurance at a discounted price.
Renault Lodgy
The spacious comfy MPV from Renault has a deep discount of Rs 1.6 lakh. The cash discount is Rs 1 lakh and there is a free first-year insurance bundled along with a Rs 5,000 corporate discount.
Hyundai Elantra
Hyundai’s D-segment sedan is available for a deep discount of Rs 1.2 lakh that includes free insurance, Rs 30,000 exchange bonus and Rs 30,000 corporate discount. Hyundai Tucson is also available for a discount of Rs 1.5 lakh.
