CBSE Extends Registration Date For Teacher Eligibility Test Again

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has once again extended the registration deadline for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) December 2019 exam.

According to a CBSE statement, the registration deadline has been extended to September 30, 2019, because of “administrative reasons”.

The registration process was scheduled to close on September 18, but was extended up to September 25, 2019.

“It is hereby informed that due to administrative reasons, the last date for submitting online application has been extended till 30-09-2019 (Monday) and the fee can be paid up to 03-10-2019 (Thursday) till 15.30 PM. Online correction in particulars of application form will be available from 04-10-2019 (Friday) to 10-10-2019 (Thursday). No corrections shall be allowed under any circumstances after this date,” CBSE said in a statement.

The exam will be conducted on December 8 in 110 cities across the country.

Qualifying in CTET is a prerequisite for aspiring school teachers.
