New Delhi: Bringing in good news for tipplers, the Central Government on Sunday permitted the liquor shops to open across the country during the lockdown 4.0.
Besides liquor shops, cigarette and pan shop owners can also do business during the permitted hours in red, green and orange zones. But these shops are not permitted to open in the containment zones, according to fresh guidelines issued by the Centre.

Barber shops and spa, which were also not allowed to open during the three lockdown periods, can now pull up their shutters.
