Bhubaneswar: The Centre on Tuesday released advance financial assistance to the tune of Rs 1,086 crore to Odisha among four states under the State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) to tackle cyclonic storm Fani.
While Odisha will receive the highest SDRF assistance of Rs 340.87 crore, Andhra Pradesh will receive Rs 200.25 crore and Tamil Nadu and West Bengal Rs 308.37 crore and Rs 235.50 crore respectively.
