Bhubaneswar: In view of complete shutdown in West Bengal for three days in August, the Indian Railways on Tuesday cancelled or partially cancelled the services of some trains. Stoppages of some trains have also been withdrawn.
The services of following trains will be affected on August 20, 21 and 27:
CANCELLATION OF TRAINS
- Howrah-Yesvantpur Duronto Special leaving from Howrah on August 21
- Yesvantpur-Howrah Duronto Special leaving from Yesvantpur on August 20
- Sealdah-Bhubaneswar Duronto Special leaving from Sealdah on August 21, 28 and 31
- Bhubaneswar-Sealdah Duronto Special leaving from Bhubaneswar on August 22, 29 & September 1
- Bhubaneswar-Howrah-Bhubaneswar Jan Shatabdi Special on August 20, 21 and 27 from both directions
PARTIAL CANCELLATION
- Secunderabad-Howrah Falaknuma Special Express leaving from Secunderabad on August 19, 20 and 26 will be terminated at Bhubaneswar
- Howrah-Secunderabad Falaknuma Special Express will start from Bhubaneswar instead of Howrah on August 20, 21 & 27 and will be cancelled from Howrah to Bhubaneswar on the same day.
WITHDRAWAL OF STOPPAGES
- Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Special Purusottam Express leaving from Bhubaneswar and New Delhi-Bhubaneswar Special Purusottam Express leaving from New Delhi on August 19, 20 and 26, 2020 will not have stoppage at Purulia and Hijli from both the directions.
- Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Special Rajdhani Express leaving from Bhubaneswar on August 20, 21, 27 and New Delhi-Bhubaneswar Special Rajdhani Express leaving from New Delhi on August 19, 20 and 26 will not have stoppages at Hijli Station from both the directions.
