Muzaffarpur: The Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, will be hearing a case on April 11, against Chinese president Xi Jinping and China’s Ambassador to India, Sun Weidong, who have been accused of hatching a conspiracy to spread the deadly coronavirus (COVID-19).
The complaint was filed by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha in the Muzaffarpur court on Monday.
The virus thought to have originated in China’s Wuhan city has infected over 152,000 people across 100 countries. At least 5,700 people have died from the disease so far.
India’s count of confirmed cases is 110, which includes 17 foreign nationals.
