Bhubaneswar: Two motorcycle-borne assailants allegedly fired at the vehicle of a real estate businessman in Odisha’s Sundargarh on Wednesday.
The incident took place when Uttam Kumar Ghosh, a Rourkela resident from Sector 20, was heading to Biramitrapur Tehsil office for a property registration. Ghosh escaped unharmed, but his vehicle’s windscreen was hit by bullets.

On being informed, Biramitrapur police arrived at the scene and initiated an investigation. A manhunt has been launched to apprehend the suspects.
Sources have attributed the attack to some property disputes.
