Commencement Day: Bhubaneswar’s Birla Global University Welcomes New Batch Of BBA Students

Bhubaneswar: Birla Global University organized commencement day programme for its new batch of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) students at its Gothapatna campus on Friday.

Chief Guest Prof. Geetika Pattnaik, former Principal of BJB College Bhubaneswar and president of State Selection Board Odisha, highlighted the importance of time management, personality development, positive attitude, perseverance, physical and mental health while addressing the newly-admitted students and their parents.

Guest of Honour Rajiv Bhaduria, Managing Partner Ebullient and Chief Mentor Garware Group (Mumbai), spoke on the importance of complex problem-solving skills and democratizing decision-making in today’s complex business scenario.

BGU Vice-Chancellor Prof. P P Mathur advised students to be tech savvy and dream big in life.

Prof. B K Das, Registrar of the university, and Prof. P Nayak, Dean, School of Management, also addressed the new batch of students.

The programme was coordinated by Prof. Saswati Tripathy, while Dr Manidatta Ray delivered the vote of thanks.
