COVID-19: 2590 More Added To Recovered Cases In Odisha, Total Crosses 96K

Bhubaneswar: As many as 2590 patients recovered from COVID-19 and were being discharged from hospitals in the state on Sunday.

Of the day’s recovered cases, 431 were from Cuttack district, 386 from Khurda, 202 from Mayurbhanj, 142 from Ganjam, 120 from Rayagada, 108 from Koraput and 105 from Puri, according to Health and Family Welfare department.

Similarly, 78 recovered cases were reported from Jagatsinghpur, 77 each from Bhadrak and Jajpur, 75 from Kendrapada, 72 from Bargarh, 71 each from Balasore and Sambalpur, 68 from Keonjhar, 67 from Nayagarh, 61 from Malkangiri, 59 from Dhenkanal, 57 from Nabarangpur and 54 from Balangir district.

The H&FW department also stated the following cases from other districts:

44 from Jharsuguda

34 from Boudh

30 from Sonepur

30 from Sundargarh

24 from Kalahandi

20 from Gajapati

10 from Kandhamal

7 from Nuapada

6 from Anugul

4 from Deogarh.

With Sunday’s figure, the total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 96,364.
