Bhubaneswar: After a marginal fall, new COVID-19 cases in Odisha breached the 90-mark again on Friday.
The state had seen 97 on Wednesday and the number had dropped to 81 on Thursday.
The 91 new infections have been reported from 18 districts in the last 24 hours, informed the I and PR Department.
Among them, 53 are quarantine and 38 local contact cases.
Sambalpur reported the highest of 14 cases followed by Sundargarh (13) and Balasore (12).

With this, the COVID-19 tally in Odisha has touched 337620. While 334838 have recovered from the disease, the number of active cases stands at 812.
