Bhubaneswar: Khurda led the daily recovery figure of COVID-19 on Wednesday as 728 patients recovered in the state and were discharged from different hospitals.
As many as 103 patients from Khurda recovered, 73 from Mayurbhanj, 67 from Sundargarh, 44 from Nuapada, 42 from Cuttack, 37 from Balasore, 32 from Balangir, 30 each from Jagatsinghpur and Kendrapada, 28 from Sambalpur and 26 from State Pool, according to Health and Family Welfare department.
Similarly, there were 25 recoveries from Keonjhar, 24 from Angul, 21 from Bargarh, 17 from Jharsuguda, 14 each from Jajpur and Kalahandi, 13 each from Dhenkanal and Puri ,11 from Bhadrak, 10 each from Deogarh, Malkangiri and Nabarangpur, 9 from Ganjam, 7 each from Nayagarh and Sonepur, 5 from Kandhamal, 3 from Rayagada, 2 from Koraput and 1 from Boudh.
The total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 3,08,102 while positive tally rose to 3,16,001 with 730 fresh infections reported in the last 24 hours.
