Bhubaneswar: Coronavirus death toll touched 25 in Odisha after two more persons succumbed to the virus on Tuesday.
The deceased have been identified as two women age 48 and 39 years of Ganjam district. One among them was also suffering from chronic kidney disease. They passed away while undergoing treatment at COVID hospital, the Health Department sources said.
It is for the third consecutive day that Ganjam district has reported new deaths due to COVID-19. With these new cases, the toll has reached 14 in the district.
Earlier, the virus had claimed 12 lives in Ganjam district, five in Khurda, four in Cuttack and one each in Puri and Bargarh.
