New Delhi: The Union Health Ministry has identified 170 districts across India as hotspots.
Classifying the districts into three zones — hotspots, non-hotspots and green zones — Health Ministry’s Joint Secretary Lav Agarwal informed on Wednesday that a total of 207 districts have been declared as non-hotspots.
With the country into 22nd day of lockdown, Agarwal informed that 1,173 positive coronavirus cases have been reported in the last 24 hours, taking the total number to 11,439, including 1,306 people who have recovered.
The death toll is currently 377.
