COVID-19: More Districts Report Positive Cases Than Recoveries In Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Recoveries from COVID-19 were reported from 16 districts in Odisha against positive cases from 18 districts on Friday.

Total 64 patients recovered from the disease and were discharged from hospitals on the day with maximum 10 from Mayurbhanj district, followed by 7 each from Khurda, and Sambalpur and 6 each from Balasore, Jharsuguda and Sundargarh, according to Health and Family Welfare department.

Recoveries from other districts are as follow:

3 each from Angul, Ganjam, Nuapada and Puri

2 each from Gajapati, Malkangiri and Nabarangpur

1 each from Bargarh, Cuttack and Kalahandi

1 from State Pool

The total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 3,34,902 against positive tally of 337620 with 91 new cases reported overnight.
