Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha soared to 3,21,913 on Tuesday with 349 new cases reported overnight.
Of the new cases reported from 28 districts, 198 are in quarantine and 151 are local contacts.
District wise, Sundergarh led the tally with 46 new cases, followed by Khurda (44), Angul (26), Balasore (23), Cuttack (22), Puri (22), Baragarh (19), Kalahandi (19), Jharsuguda (18), Mayurbhanj (18), Sambalpur (14), Nuapada (10), Jajpur (8), Keonjhar (7), Balangir (6), Bhadrak (5), Jagatsinghpur (5), Kendrapada (5), Boudh (4), Ganjam (4), Malkangiri (3), Nabarangpur (3), Deogarh (2), Sonepur (2), Dhenkanal (1), Koraput (1), Nayagarh (1), and Rayagada (1).
Besides, the state pool has 10 new cases.
At present, Odisha has 3,629 active cases and 3,16,447 patients have recovered.
