Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 vaccine was administered to 22,364 health workers against the target of 21,304 in Odisha at a rate of 105% on Saturday.
The vaccination was carried out in targeted 224 sessions in 24 out of total 30 districts of the state on the day, according to latest report of the Information and Public Relations department.
As many as 14 districts reported above 100% vaccination. Keonjhar district witnessed highest rate of 121.7% vaccination, followed by Sonepur with 119.7% and Bhadrak 116.8%. Balangir registered the lowest 50% vaccination on the day.
No case of Adverse Events Following Immunisation (AEFI) was recorded at any place.
