COVID-19 Positive Cases Near 1000 Mark In Odisha’s Malkangiri

Malkangiri:  The COVID-19 positive cases in the district neared 1000 mark with 24 new cases reported in the last 24 hours.

Among the new cases, 8 were reported from Malkangiri Municipality and 16 cases from three blocks of Korukonda (4), Malkangiri (5) and Kalimela (7).

Out of the above, four were caused by close contact with previous positive cases, 13 were referral from Flu and Fever Clinic and 7 were returnees from hotspot districts.

The district has total 967 COVID-19 positive cases do far. With 2 deaths and 627 recoveries, there are 335 active cases.
