COVID-19 Positive Cases-Recoveries Gap Further Narrows Down In Odisha; Details Here

Bhubaneswar: The gap between COVID-19 positive cases and recoveries further narrowed as 1520 more patients recovered against 1474 new cases in the last 24 hours.

According to Health and Family Welfare department, 285 recovered cases were reported from Khurda, followed by 113 from Mayurbhanj, 102 from Cuttack, 94 from Jagatsinghpur, 89 from Angul, 70 from Nuapada, 68 from Jharsuguda, 65 from Sundargarh, 63 from Balangir, 53 from Kendrapada and 50 from Balasore districts.

The recoveries from other districts are as following:

48 from Jajpur

46 from Bargarh

45 from Puri

36 from Ganjam

30 from Keonjhar

27 from Sambalpur

26 from Bhadrak

25 each from Dhenkanal & Sonepur

24 each from Kalahandi & Koraput

17 from Boudh

16 each from Nabarangpur & Nayagarh

11 from Deogarh

10 from Rayagada

8 each from Kandhamal & Malkangiri

5 from Gajapati

21 from State Pool

With the day’s addition, the total recovered cases of Odisha now stand at 2,82,073 while positive cases went up to 2,95,889.
