Balasore: Five teams led by Balasore Chief District Medical Officer (CDMO) Dulalsen Jagdev raided private nursing homes in Balasore town on Sunday to check the proper implementation of COVID-19 protocols.
He was accompanied by additional tehsildar, DSP and district COVID in-charge.
Three nursing homes were inspected on the first day.
“The surprise raid will continue for seven days. Medical teams will be formed and trained for the assignment,” the CDMO added.
