Bhubaneswar: Odisha saw the highest single-day recovery of 303 COVID-19 patients on Wednesday, which took the total to 7006.
Of the total recoveries, the highest 120 was reported from Ganjam, 46 from Jajpur, 28 from Khurda, 21 from Cuttack, 16 from Keonjhar, 14 from Nayagarh, 9 from Nabarangpur, 7 from Puri, 6 from Bargarh, 5 each from Dhenkanal, Jharsuguda and Mayurbhanj, 4 each from Angul and Nuapada, 3 each from Balasore, Kendrapada, Sambalpur and one each from Balangir, Jagatsinghpur, Koraput and Malkangiri, informed Health and Family Welfare Department.
Meanwhile, the COVID-19 tally in Odisha has reached 10624. With 48 deaths and 7006 recoveries, the state now has 3557 active cases.
