Berhampur: With the entry of outsiders barred into Berhampur city in Ganjam district to check the rise of COVID-19 cases, police on Saturday said that residents working outside will be allowed to leave the city by showing an E-Pass.
Berhampur SP Pinaka Mishra said that to obtain the E-Pass, the person concerned will have call the police control room by dialing 100.
So far, the city police have issued more than 200 E-Passes, he added.
The SP further said that any Berhampur resident working in other districts will be allowed to leave by showing the identity card of the organization in which he/she is employed.
