Rourkela: The COVID-19 tally in Sundargarh district mounted to 1,435 on Saturday with the overnight addition of 62 fresh cases, including 59 from Rourkela.
Of the three other new cases, one is a COVID warrior while one case each is from Kantapalli and OFDC locality of Sundargarh.

With nine deaths and 826 recoveries so far, Sundargarh district now has 597 active cases.
